    friendly staff
    excellent location
    excessive parking fee
    limited menu
    inconvenient free parking

The resort offers a fantastic location with easy access to major attractions like SeaWorld and the Zoo. The staff, particularly Arcelio, were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is great for kids, featuring a playground and bike rentals. However, the $42 daily parking fee feels excessive, and free parking nearby involves a bit of a walk. Additionally, while the restaurant staff was lovely, the menu could benefit from more variety beyond fresh meat options.

    Amazing for families!

We had such a great time! The room was spacious for us and our little one. The staff was super friendly, especially Arcelio, who always had a chat ready for us. The pool was perfect for the kids, and we loved getting drinks from the poolside snack bar. Just wish the parking fee wasn’t so high—$42/day is a bit steep.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. However, the transportation options could be improved for easier access to nearby attractions.
